After a two-hour meeting of the Scientific Committee on Lifting the Restrictions, Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca reminded that in recent weeks it had been said to wait for new decisions: “From now on, the obligation to use the mask in the open air has been lifted.” The HES code control will also be removed. Koca added: “In addition, in government institutions, restaurants, shopping malls, etc., it is not necessary to use a mask if the air conditioning rules are observed and the social distance is observed.”
