The foreigners who have been granted a one-year or longer Short-Term residence permit in total or at once within the framework of subparagraph 31-1 (e) of Law No. 6458 (foreigners who will stay for touristic purposes), in case of absence reason for a purposes extension applications, will be disapproved as of 01.01.2020.
